The Sun queerly reports: "Baltimore's new state's attorney was being officially sworn in Monday morning at the Clarence M. Mitchell Jr. Courthouse. Gregg L. Bernstein was scheduled to be sworn in about 7:45 a.m." .. here's a more readable story from the BBJ.
